By purchasing from Heaven Shop you automatically agree to the Terms of Service below. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These terms may change at any time without prior notice.

🚀 SERVER BOOSTS
Instant, fully automated delivery — your boosts are applied to your server within minutes of payment. No watermark or brand tag, perfect for resellers.

📋 Server Requirements
• 🛡️ Anti-Raid Protection — disable all anti-raid bots/systems (Beemo, Wick, Security, RaidProtect, or similar) before your boosts are redeemed; they can interfere with the boosting process.
• 🙅 Do Not Kick Boosters — boosting accounts must not be kicked or removed from your server. Removing them may cause immediate loss of the boosts and void your warranty.
• 📱 Phone Verification — your server must not require phone verification in order to join.
• 🔗 Valid Invite — use a permanent invite link with unlimited uses and no expiry. An invalid invite at the time you request a replacement = not eligible.
• ❌ Wrong Server — if you boost the wrong server, no refund or replacement is provided. Please double-check your invite link before ordering.

🛠️ Warranty & Replacements
• Warranty applies only if the boosts end before their stated duration (1 Month ≈ 25–30 days, 3 Months ≈ 85–90 days).
• A screen recording made immediately after purchase is required, showing the server where the boosts were applied, the active boost status, and the purchase date & time.
• The server shown in the recording must match the server that was originally boosted.
• No replacement is given for a different server, for boosts lost after the warranty period, or if Discord revokes or terminates the boost.

🎁 NITRO — BOOST GIFT LINK
• 🔒 Warranty: 30-day warranty (no auto-claim warranty).
• 🚫 Revoke Policy: a revoke counts as replacement/refund only if there is no active revoke wave. No warranty applies during a mass revoke wave.
• 📋 Proof Requirements: a screen recording from the moment you claim the code, a screenshot of the delivery email and the subscription page, and your account information including username.
• ⚠️ Rules: invalid or insufficient proof = no replacement/refund. Do not stack more than 2 Nitro credits on a single account. Replacement is only possible with a full recording from the moment Nitro is delivered.
• 🎬 Tip: always start recording before opening the delivery email.

🪙 NITRO TOKENS (1 MONTH / 3 MONTHS)
• Nitro tokens are Discord tokens that carry 1 or 3 months of Discord Nitro. The Nitro and boosts on these tokens expire in roughly 25–30 days (1 Month) or 85–90 days (3 Months).
• These are tokens, not full-access accounts, and are not intended to be used as a personal account.
• All tokens are checked before upload and are never resold or reused.
• Warranty: 5 minutes after delivery. No replacement/refund if a token becomes invalid, flagged or locked after the warranty window.
• Format: email:pass:token (or token only). Do not change the token password — it may trigger a captcha. Do not log in manually; use proper tools and good proxies, never flagged tools.

👥 MEMBERS (ONLINE / OFFLINE)
• Bulk members are delivered automatically to your server after payment.
• A portion of members may leave over time — this is normal for this type of service and is not grounds for a refund.
• For any delivery issue, please open a support ticket and our team will help.

🧓 AGED ACCOUNTS — DISCORD FULL ACCESS
• Aged as listed, with full access. The email is changeable; the phone number may be verified or unverified.
• Format: email:email_pass:discord_pass:token (some accounts are delivered as email:pass).
• Access your account email through our mail portal at https://mail.heavenshop.cc
• Use the official Discord client or the Discord browser extension. Logging in with flagged third-party tools may invalidate or lock the token — this is not our responsibility.
• Important: change the email password and the account password within 6 hours of purchase, or no refund/replacement will be provided.
• Warranty: ~10 minutes to verify and report an issue. No warranty if you resell the account, use bad login tools, or get the account rate-limited.

📱 SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICES — INSTAGRAM · TIKTOK · YOUTUBE
• Real, high-quality, non-drop services with long-term refill.
• Orders are delivered gradually (drip-fed) over a few minutes to several hours. This is intentional — it keeps the growth natural and safe — and is not a delay or a fault.
• You must provide a correct, public profile, post or video link. Wrong, private or invalid links are not eligible for a refund.
• Do not change your username, set your profile to private, or delete the post while an order is in progress.
• Refill covers eligible drops within the stated refill period. Once an order has started processing it cannot be refunded.

💳 PAYMENTS
• Always pay the exact amount shown at checkout. Crypto payments are detected automatically on-chain — there is no need to share your transaction hash.
• For coins other than Litecoin, the applicable network and conversion fees are already included in the amount you are quoted.
• Underpayments or overpayments may delay or prevent automatic detection of your order.

📌 GENERAL
• All sales are final. As a general rule we do not provide refunds; only a replacement on a warranty-eligible product, with valid proof, can be processed.
• Any association with scamming, fraud or payment chargebacks will result in your products being revoked or removed without warning.
• We do not give permission for anyone to copy or rebrand anything belonging to "Heaven Shop". Violations will result in products/rebrands being revoked and a ban.
• Our Terms of Service can change at any time without prior notice. Once you purchase from Heaven Shop, you agree to the current Terms of Service.
